All Cold Stones seem to be the same and have the same flavors. I had the cheesecake ice cream with fresh strawberries mixed in because they were out if pie crust to mix in. My friend ordered the mint ice cream and had sprinkled mixed in. The mint is the green kind for anyone that has a preference between white mint or green mint. I feel like their ice cream is on the expensive side but the portions are fairly large. I ordered the smallest "like it" size and it was almost like ordering a scoop and a half. It was tasty and I would go back though.

I always stop in here after I eat next door at lime fresh mexican grill. I love all the flavors of ice cream they offer. It's usually hard to decide what to get. I usually just get that's how I roll. It's cake batter ice cream with cinnamon, cake pieces and pecans. Yummy!!!! They also have a chocolate store in here too but I've never tried it. I love coldstone. What would we do without it???!!!

Always deliciously good. The staff is friendly and lets you try the flavors before choosing your Like it or Love it size! The line sometime can be a bit of a turnoff.. but they move relatively quickly and you'll be eating your delicious creation in no time. PS Grab some extra napkins.. Here in Florida ice-cream tends to turn into soup rather quickly.

We have been coming to this location for years. It is conveniently located in the Promenade at Coconut Creek on the southwest corner of Lyons and Wiles. There is always parking available in the garage, even on the weekend. The only time they seem to open up the grass areas for additional parking is when they have events and even then, there is always parking. I love places that have plenty of parking because I really suck at finding a parking spot most of the time. I like this location because the employees are always courteous and friendly. The store is always clean. They have an assortment of treats including Oreos dipped in chocolate, assorted truffles (which are delicious and easy to make) different flavored bark, fudge, etc. They also create custom cakes/cupcakes for birthdays or other occasions. They have gift baskets available for purchase and much more. The ice cream selection is almost always the same, which is something I prefer because then I don't have to let my children test every flavor. I already know what they like. We take a minute to order and that's it. They also already know which toppings they prefer. It is pretty much the same every time. Quick and easy is the best way to go, when you have children, especially when there is a line behind you. Seeing as we live in a sub-tropical environment, they stay relatively steady all year long. This place always satisfies my sweet tooth. Starbucks is practically next door also - which feeds my caffeine addiction. I will definitely continue to frequent this location.

TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered a small size and ordered "caramel" and "hot fudge" as toppings. The girl barely put a tablespoon on the ice cream. I'm not paying 60¢ PER topping for a tiny squeeze. I was never acknowledged besides "what do you want" and then they told me how much I needed to pay. NO TIP FOR YOU Really disappointed But- I love the coldstone creamery in Tampa

Delicious, fattening ice cream. I am on a diet so I decided to just have ice cream for lunch. Well, I think it was worth skipping lunch because even though I got a small size it still looked huge to me. I got the chocolate with peanut butter mix in. The people behind the counter were extremely friendly, just like at most Cold Stones. The only thing I really didn't like was that when I tipped them a dollar they started singing a song about the tip and I was so embarrassed. I know that they are trained to do that, but damn, that was mortifying!
